It's been a busy week, with more computer issues, but I think we are there now! On Thursday we had our walk down a different road, whilst Matty was having his drum lesson. Boy, was that boring?! It was just a straight road where we had to keep stepping up onto the grass to let cars go past. I could tell that Lady was getting really fed up with it all.
It was funny though, as saw Malcolm the mole's new home that he had only just built. He certainly gets around, and the soil was still fresh so I think he was at home, but he didn't come out to speak, he's so shy. Someone else we saw down the straight, boring road was Phillipa the pheasant. She jumped out of the hedge when I wasn't looking so made me jump. What's annoying is that I didn't have the chance to chase her before she flew away. I'll get her next time!
It was back to Ash Lane today with the sun making us very warm as we skipped down the lane. Patrick and Percival the pigeons, and members of the P gang were overhead. Patrick was very keen to show us his new tattoo that he's just had put on his left wing. He's had the word 'Perfect' inked on there and it looked quite good, even though I don't really like him – he's so full of himself. Somehow I think he's planning something nasty, together with his creepy sidekick, Percival. I don't like him either.
